I turned my insights into practical career guidance, building a successful brand on YouTube and LinkedIn that delivers real-world strategies for tech professionals who want to accelerate their careers and navigate complex transitions. In 2026, I became a published author with my book, Decoding Tech Careers. This serves as a blueprint for the modern tech career, sharing proven frameworks that help professionals succeed in today’s competitive AI-driven job market.

Professional Journey

  • Upon graduating from The University of Texas with my BBA in Marketing, I began working at Dell as part of their Leadership Development Program. This was a rotational program that provided a strong foundation of experience across consumer sales ($500K book of business), retail, small business merchandising, and go-to-market analytics.

    This gave me a well-rounded view of how the organization sold into the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) market across our ecommerce platform, direct sales, and channel partners like Amazon and Best Buy.

  • I began a career transition into product management and partner marketing. I was responsible for growing our PC accessories portfolio, which included audio and enterprise VoIP solutions. What’s interesting is not only did we sell our own branded products, we were also a reseller of 3rd party accessories like Bose, Jabra, and Plantronics (now Poly). The goal, however, was the grow the whole business.

    I had the opportunity to lead 8 new product launches, while also driving 11% growth for one of our key audio partners through sales enablement and partner marketing.

    Knowing there were much bigger opportunities in the PC accessories business, I developed the #1 downloaded global sales enablement resource for our entire monitor and accessories business.

    This also meant that as we fostered new sales opportunities, we needed to adopt a data-driven mindset. I authored a 40+ page training guide on data tools and analytics to improve team decision-making.
